Now computer science play a vital roles as a tool that reduces the difficulties of life. In broad sense its application can be used in different areas which include Agriculture, Learning, Health, etc. This research project should be focused based on use of computer in the field of health to prescribe a patient although the health is defined as “a state of complete emotional and physical well-being. Healthcare exists to help people maintain this optimal state of health.” The (www.medicalnewstoday.com) and WHO (1948) defined health as state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity.

Moreover the word patient defined as the most often ill or injured and in need of treatment by a physician, nurse, psychologist, dentist, veterinarian, or other health care provider. (Wikipedia)

An individual who is receiving needed professional services that are directed by a licensed practitioner of the healing arts toward maintenance, improvement or protection of health or lessening of illness, disability or pain, (US Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services).
